Manufacturing Process
We are specialists in manufacturing of casual and daily wear apparels for women and children. Our collection primarily includes blouses, dresses, shirts, skirts, trousers and tunics. We also manufacture accessories, more notably bags.
This process is undertaken using a variety of fabrics – cotton, polyester, rayon, linen and their compositions in satin, georgette, moss crepe and more. We use a wide mix of colors, print laces and embroidery to breathe life into our products. A motivated team partnered with high-tech machinery helps us to deliver more than what is expected from us.
DESIGN
Our design and sampling team creates brilliant designs in line with the latest industry trends. We dedicate immense resources in terms of time and costs to develop products that stand out.
CUTTING
The cutting team involves skilled employees equipped with over 30 cutting machines. Our AutoCAD acts as a catalyst in this process.
EMBROIDERY
The cutting team uses 3 embroidery machines for giving a sophisticated touch to the apparels and for carrying out the finishing work.
STITCHING
The company has a capacity to produce over 3,000 pieces per day, using its 400+ stitching machines. The focus on quality results in an exquisite output and seamless stitching.
QUALITY CHECK
Our products go through a series of stringent quality checks, ensuring that every apparel or accessory conforms to the set standard and any deviation removed before the same reach our customers.
PACKAGING
Maintaining the safety and hygiene of our output while it is in transit is of utmost importance to us. Our dedicated packaging team ensures that our products reach our customers in the same condition in which they were manufactured.
DISPATCH
Our dispatch team ensures timely delivery of our products in India or abroad, while tracking the same to provide our customers with a hassle free experience.
